To mark the 30th anniversary of this sheet music collection, we present the expanded and revised new edition! <\/strong><\/font>In the new format and with Wire-O binding, the sheet music book first published in 1991 is also better on the music stand! <\/font>The authors have revised the popular sheet music collection and also added some new titles. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The carefully compiled collection offers all flute players and lovers of historical drone and wind instruments a real treasure trove.<\/p>\n

The pieces, which are polyphonic throughout, are arranged for the range of a ninth where necessary, and are thus also eminently suitable for quiet bagpipes such as H\u00fcmmelchen and Dudey, for Gemshorns, Krummhorns, Cornamuses, etc. <\/p>\n

However, the original voices were noted separately in each case. Playing pipes and drone tunings to be used are indicated as well as alternative transpositions and short explanations of the instrumentation of the pieces and the music history of the respective time.<\/p>\n

The authors have many years of professional experience with historical music. They compiled this collection especially for the needs of young musicians in particular. Therefore, this extensive collection has proven itself for years, especially in playing circles, at music schools and in school orchestras.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
