Maintenance and fine-tuning are therefore tasks that a hurdy-gurdy player must always perform on his instrument himself.<\/p>\n<p class=\"produktinfo\">The authors have made it their task to impart this important knowledge. Philippe Destrem, France, and Volker Heidemann, Germany, are long-time experts in the field, both as instrument makers and as experienced course instructors and musicians.<\/p>\n<p class=\"produktinfo\">All the work, adjustments and corrections described are clearly illustrated by approx. 120 sketches.
