An absolutely professional practice chanter in terms of craftsmanship and musicianship from the Scottish manufacturer RG Hardie, Glasgow with excellent sound.
The very elaborately crafted Practice Chanter is equipped with an engraved nickel ferrule and an artificial ivory sole. Wider tone holes give a realistic feel like the GHB Chanter. The plastic blow tube is screwed on and can be easily replaced if necessary.
NEW: The windcap is now lined with plastic on the inside to avoid the usual cracks in this part of Blackwood instruments!
We deliver the instrument with tested plastic reed including storage tube and fingering chart with further information.
Long practice chanters are built in the original length of the pipe chanter and give the musician the original feel of the pipe chanter through extended tone hole diameters.
