This practice chanter made of polypenco from RG Hardie, Scotland is now available with a twist trap top. RG Hardie is a renowned Scottish pipe maker and stands for excellent instruments with a very good price/performance ratio. New is the twist trap windcap. An integrated water trap prevents too much moisture from reaching the reed, making practicing easier and more reliable. The water trap can be easily unscrewed for cleaning under running water and dried again. The Practice Chanter is now also supplied with the TwistTrap Top

The lower part of the wind capsule can be easily unscrewed and then cleaned with water.

This Practice Chanter is also used with the TwistTrap Practice Pipe. The top is then used as a blowpipe and the bottom as a chanter. More about this instrument …
